This notice explains the information collected through TowDMV service requests, how it is used, and the providers involved in delivering the website and request emails.

Information you provide
When you use the online request form, UPLYFT TOWING LLC may collect your name, telephone number, optional email address, current vehicle location, requested destination, vehicle description, requested service, safety status, optional insurance or roadside provider, and additional details you choose to include.
Technical and security information
The website server may process limited technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page or endpoint, response status, and browser information. This information is used to operate the website, enforce rate limits, investigate errors, and prevent spam or abuse. Form-field contents are not written to application logs.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate and respond to a towing or roadside request, communicate about that request, coordinate an authorized towing provider when applicable, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary operational records. Submitting the form does not confirm dispatch, availability, timing, or price.
Calls and text messages
If you consent, UPLYFT may call or text the number you provide about the specific service request. Message and data rates may apply. Request-related consent does not enroll you in marketing messages. Google Voice is used for manual customer calls and texts; automated customer SMS is not connected.
Service providers and sharing
Hostinger provides VPS website hosting. Google Gmail processes the service-request email sent to the business inbox. Information may also be shared with an authorized towing provider when reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill the request. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their role.
Analytics and advertising
No marketing analytics or automated SMS service is currently connected to this website. This notice will be updated before adding a material analytics, advertising, or messaging provider.
Retention and data minimization
Request information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communication, service coordination, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification numbers, insurance policy numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
